Free Masons Of Illinois IL CHIP Program
What Parents Get
1. COLOR PHOTO that records image and height and is digitized on a convenient CD that can be easily circulated by police to the media and distributed across the State within an hour via Illinois’ Amber Alert Program.
2. DNA SAMPLE taken through a saliva cheek swab is the latest tool in the scientific arsenal to make positive ID’s of lost children.
3. FINGERPRINTS are the oldest form of positive identification since they are unique to every person.
4. RECORDED INTERVIEW captures on the same CD as the picture the appearance, speech patterns, personal characteristics, and mannerisms for easy media distribution.

Event Volunteers Needed
This is a grand event and volunteers are always needed. The first step is to attend an IL CHIP Training Seminar which will teach you how the process works and how to use the equipment. After you have attended the training seminar, you will be eligible to volunteer for the actual event. Volunteers do not have to be Masons or Shriners, and we do need women to help us with this event.
